Picture your day starting with a quick huddle at our Marcus Hook facility. You review overnight work orders in the CMMS, walk the floor to spot emerging issues, and line up preventive tasks so production runs without a hitch. By mid-morning, you’re coaching technicians through a complex troubleshoot, aligning with operations on priorities, and ensuring every task meets our safety expectations. In the afternoon, you fine-tune the maintenance schedule, check parts levels, and close out accurate records—leaving the team set up for a safe, efficient shift change. What you’ll lead Day-to-day coordination of maintenance activities to keep equipment and facilities running optimally. Mentorship and development of a skilled maintenance technician team, including onboarding and training. Routine inspections and audits of machinery and building systems; prompt corrective actions when issues arise. Creation and management of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure on-time completion. Accurate documentation of work orders and service history, plus oversight of parts and supplies inventory. Consistent adherence to safety regulations and active promotion of a safety-first culture. Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to solve problems and improve efficiency. Support for budgeting and cost control efforts across maintenance projects and materials.
