About The Position
The Industrial Mechanic executes business priorities with the service centre including and not limited to preventative maintenance and repairs within the scope of training, policy and regulation; while meeting company standards for safety, security, and productivity while adhering to CHEP's quality criteria. CHEP manages the world’s largest pool of reusable pallets and containers, contributing to reduced waste and supporting sustainable supply chains. The role is full-time and permanent, with available night shifts.
Requirements
- Industrial Millwright License or Mechanical trade certificate
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in an Industrial Maintenance role
- Experience in troubleshooting Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Basic Electrical knowledge
- Minor welding and fabrication skills
- Ability to safely operate power tools
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools
Nice To Haves
- Dual trade ticket with Electrical license
