Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
Nice To Haves
- Experience with industrial maintenance, conveyors, manufacturing equipment, welding, robotics, or plant maintenance is a plus
- OSHA 10 is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, production equipment, and automated systems
- Assist with robotics and welding equipment maintenance
- Operate forklifts, loaders, and other material handling equipment
- Keep equipment running safely and efficiently
- Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime
