About The Position

Tyson Foods is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets so machinery remains in working order and production can continue. The role requires maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures. Candidates may bring mechanical skills gained through prior work experience or completed formal trade schooling. Tyson provides the tools needed for the job, uniforms, and reimbursement for safety shoes. The position is open across all shifts at New Holland F/P.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of continuous employment with one employer within the last 36 months, or completion of verifiable formal schooling in a specific trade.
• At least 12 months of fabrication and mechanical work experience.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• A maximum of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for rehire, with a 180-day waiting period.

Nice To Haves

• Prior industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant, or completed formal schooling in the trade.
• Welding experience.
• Boiler experience.
• Electrical experience.
