Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, and takes pride in keeping operations running at their best.
Nice To Haves
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
- Repair and maintain industrial production equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Install, modify, and improve machinery.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
- Follow all food safety, quality, and safety standards.
