About The Position

A day in the role When your shift starts, you’ll walk the production floor—past mixers, ovens, and high-speed lines—listening for anything out of tune. You’ll verify last night’s repairs, check conveyors for wear, and run through preventive tasks to keep uptime high. When a motor trips or a control circuit acts up, you’ll diagnose fast, swap bearings or motors as needed, confirm the fix, and get the line back to peak efficiency. Between calls, you’ll review schematics and manuals, lend a hand on equipment installs and commissioning, and look for continuous improvement opportunities that keep the plant safe, stable, and productive.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Solid electro-mechanical aptitude across mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Ability to interpret schematics, manuals, and safety documentation
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced production environment
  • Physically capable role adherence, including use of PPE
  • Electrical troubleshooting 120/208/240/480 voltage systems
  • Industrial electrical systems
  • Mechanical systems and component repair
  • Equipment maintenance and repair

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with lifts or powered industrial trucks is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Service and sustain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair faults involving motors and control circuits to restore operation quickly
  • Replace bearings and motors; validate repairs on automated machinery before releasing to production
  • Maintain and diagnose mixers, ovens, high-speed automation, and conveyor systems
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance reliability
  • Resolve escalated equipment issues and determine root causes
  • Perform welding and light fabrication as needed
  • Support machinery installation, assembly, alignment, and commissioning activities
  • Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and related documentation
  • Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently at all times
