About The Position

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Technician to support electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a stable manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who can troubleshoot industrial electrical and control systems, read schematics and blueprints, perform repairs, and help maintain reliable production equipment.

Requirements

  • Two-year Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of related industrial maintenance or electrical experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, PLC, and electronic control circuits.
  • Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical power and water distribution systems.
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Ability to use a CMMS to search for parts and manage maintenance work orders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in manufacturing equipment.
  • Design and test minor electrical control circuits and machine-control systems.
  • Install electrical and electronic controls by reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, panels, breakers, conduit, wiring, motors, transformers, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment problems and replace defective components as needed.
  • Troubleshoot electrical power and water distribution systems.
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Inspect installed electrical equipment for safety hazards, required adjustments, and potential replacement.
  • Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical components.
  • Use appropriate electrical testing instruments, tools, and equipment to diagnose system issues.
  • Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to search for parts and document work orders.
  • Work independently and support other maintenance team members as directed by the Group Leader.
  • Follow all safety, quality, maintenance, and manufacturing procedures.
