About The Position

Can-One USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support electrical maintenance and troubleshooting within our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and automated production equipment. The successful candidate will have experience working with industrial electrical systems and the ability to diagnose equipment issues efficiently and safely.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and control systems
  • Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and motor controls
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment
  • Experience with Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLCs
  • Familiarity with Profibus or Profinet industrial networks
  • Experience with industrial instrumentation, including pressure, level, and temperature controls
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license
  • OSHA 30 or NFPA 70E training or certification
  • Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Electricity, or a related field
  • Technical diploma or electrical certification
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and industrial electrical experience

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on industrial manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose electrical and controls-related equipment issues
  • Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, encoders, and motor controls
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic
  • Assist with equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and start-ups
  • Identify potential equipment issues and recommend corrective action
  • Work with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve equipment problems
  • Follow established electrical, safety, and maintenance procedures
  • Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures as required
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
