Requirements

3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
Experience troubleshooting: PLCs, HMIs, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Servo systems, Motor controls
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork

Nice To Haves

High-speed manufacturing or packaging experience
Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLC experience
Knowledge of Profibus or Profinet industrial networks
Experience with instrumentation (pressure, level, temperature)
Journeyman or Master Electrician License
OSHA 30 or NFPA 70E certification

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems on high-speed manufacturing equipment
Maintaining PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, encoders, and motor controls
Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
Diagnosing electrical failures and restoring equipment quickly
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic
Supporting equipment installations, upgrades, and start-ups
Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams
Following OSHA, NEC, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
Maintaining accurate maintenance documentation
