About The Position

We are ME Elecmetal, a company with two Foundry Plants in North America (Tempe, AZ and Duluth, MN) and a global presence across 5 continents. With over 100 years in business and more than 1000 team members, we specialize in producing metal castings for the mining, aggregate, and recycle industries. Our products are utilized by companies in over 40 countries. We are looking for strong individuals to join our team. This role involves working in the heart of our foundry, troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment used in the process of melting and pouring liquid fire to build equipment for mining and processing strategic rare earth minerals. We are seeking electrical and/or mechanical technicians with a knack for identifying and resolving equipment issues.

Requirements

• Strong electrical and/or mechanical technician skills
• Instinct for problem-solving
• Willingness to get hands dirty

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting industrial equipment
• Maintaining industrial equipment
• Chasing down electrical glitches
• Chasing down mechanical glitches
• Getting to the bottom of problematic equipment
• Fixing equipment issues
