Responsibilities

Set up and prepare tools and equipment for production and assembly line use.
Ensure availability and proper quantities of all necessary materials and components.
Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment before operation.
Operate machinery that cuts wood and wood products to specified lengths.
Operate machinery to support product and material flow along the production line.
Monitor equipment functionality, identifying and addressing minor jams and disruptions promptly.
Report larger equipment issues or malfunctions to the technical maintenance team.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following company safety standards.
Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
Lift and carry 77lbs at least 33% of their work shift.
Push items with a maximum force of 34 lbs./feet.
Pull items with a maximum force of 34 lbs./feet.
