About The Position

C&H Industrial is seeking hardworking, safety-conscious Industrial Cleaning Technicians for a physically demanding, fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding role. This position involves operating high-pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty equipment to maintain clean, safe, and smoothly running job sites. The role offers variety, with different locations and tasks each day, and is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, a team-oriented environment, and working in various settings.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Able to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
Pass a pre-employment medical screening and drug test.
Ability to perform hands-on, active work that involves lifting up to 70 pounds, climbing, and working in demanding environments.
Willing to travel and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be clean-shaven at all times for respirator use.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate High-Pressure Equipment: Master the art of hydroblasting and industrial vacuuming.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to handle the job safely.
Work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and high elevations.
Be available 24/7, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Work as a team to complete each job safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Be prepared to travel and work at different job sites as needed.
Maintain equipment and report any damage or malfunctions.
