Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds
- Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist.
- Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
- Computer skills required
Nice To Haves
- Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Effectively and safely perform rework duties
- Perform industrial cleaning of production lines, production work areas, or other parts of facility to maintain standards
- Perform quality control checks
- Operate industrial equipment to load, unload, and/or transport pallets
- Assume supplemental responsibilities or tasks as assigned
Benefits
- No benefits until converted into a full time position at the end of 1000 working hours and completion of certifications.
