Requirements

Ability to vacuum with a push/backpack vacuum (9-12 lbs)
Ability to sweep, mop, and scrub
Ability to disinfect restrooms
Ability to dust or wipe down surfaces
Ability to clean and disinfect break rooms
Ability to restock supplies and refill dispensers
Ability to empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Knowledge of proper labeling and use of cleaning chemicals
Ability to maintain cleaning equipment
Ability to operate specialized equipment
Ability to report irregularities and inform violators of policy and procedures
Ability to comply with and enforce policies and procedures

Responsibilities

Clean various floor surfaces including vacuuming with a push/backpack vacuum (9-12 lbs), sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing in an industrial/warehouse setting.
Disinfect restrooms including sinks, toilets, urinals, floors, etc.
Dust or wipe down office furniture and equipment, baseboards, windows, blinds, etc.
Clean/disinfect break rooms including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, floors, etc.
Restock supplies/refill dispensers in restrooms, break rooms, common areas, etc.
Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners to fit.
Ensure proper labeling and use of all available cleaning chemicals.
Maintains cleaning equipment in clean, safe, and operational condition.
Operates specialized equipment as needed.
Prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
Comply with and enforce Sizemore and client policies and procedures as needed.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
