About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Janitorial Housekeeper in MT JULIET, TN. This is a direct hire position with opportunities for career growth. The pay range is $16.00/hr with weekly pay. The company is willing to train the right individuals and offers a secure, safe environment to work. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling (4 days on, 3 days off) and offers both overnight and day shifts.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must pass a 7-year background check.
Must pass a drug test prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming with a push vacuum/backpack vacuum (9-12 lbs.), sweeping, mopping and scrubbing in an industrial/warehouse setting.
Sanitize restrooms including sinks, toilets, urinals, floors, etc.
Dust/wipe down office furniture and equipment, baseboards, windows, blinds, etc.
Clean/disinfect breakrooms including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, floors, etc.
Restock supplies/refill dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, etc.
Empty all trash cans and replace liners to fit.
Ensure proper labeling and use of all cleaning chemicals available.
Maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
Operates specialized equipment as needed.
Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
Abide by and enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures as needed.
Other tasks may be assigned as required.
