About The Position
Are you committed to keeping workspaces spotless and professional? Join our team as an Industrial Janitor and take on a key role in preserving the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities—including administrative areas, warehouses, production equipment, and various work zones.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate a highly reliable work performance record.
- Successfully pass pre-employment checks.
- Possess reliable transportation for consistent on-time reporting.
- Meet physical requirements, including standing for 10 hours per day, bending, twisting, squatting, repetitive hand motions, and lifting a minimum of 15 lbs.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with reliable and consistent attendance.
- Take pride in their responsibilities while upholding core company values.
- Show a stable work history, marked by punctuality and dependable attendance.
- Can meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for 12-hour shifts, repetitive motions, and moderate lifting.
- Act with honesty and integrity, contributing as dependable and collaborative team players.
Nice To Haves
- Often come with experience in fast-paced settings like manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, restaurant, or retail roles.
Responsibilities
- Clean a variety of surfaces by removing dust, grease, and lint from industrial machines, conveyors, overhead pipes, workstations, and more.
- Use hand mops, dusters, or power floor scrubbers to ensure efficient and thorough floor cleaning.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials as part of daily janitorial responsibilities.
- Keep grounds, garden areas, sidewalks, stairways, building exteriors, and public walkways well-maintained and presentable.
- Tackle various janitorial projects including painting, wall scrubbing, window cleaning, shelf maintenance, and other facility upkeep tasks.
- Follow OSHA standards and safety directives to ensure all work is performed safely and responsibly.
