Requirements

3+ years' experience of related experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a team setting and work independently with minimal supervision.
Great attendance is a critical requirement.
Strong attention to detail.
Team player
Basic Math skills – ability to measure and calculate.
The ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, which may include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, standing, walking, repetitive motion, and other job specific requirements.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform general housekeeping duties in plant, kitchen, bathrooms, and offices
Emptying garbage and recycle bins in the production areas
Mopping floor in high traffic areas
Operate cleaning equipment i.e., Zamboni
Assist with checking and stocking toiletry supplies
Maintain outdoor cleanliness around dust collector, waste bins, loading dock and more
Remove snow from sidewalks and sand in winter
Moving of product / machinery – clearing the dock
Light maintenance projects in the plant i.e., floor taping etc.
Perform other duties as assigned which are directly related to the major responsibilities of the job
