About The Position

Accelerate Therapy and Performance is seeking a full-time Injury Prevention Specialist to support employees at a grocery store warehouse and distribution site. In this role, you will help prevent workplace injuries through education, early intervention, individualized care, and relationship-building. You will have the autonomy to manage your day while working within established clinical protocols and receiving support from a team of licensed healthcare and fitness professionals. Requirements

• Certified Athletic Trainer with an active state license and bachelor’s degree OR Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an associate degree
• Active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable engaging with employees and leaders at all levels
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, fitness, or another relationship-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with employees and become a trusted onsite health and wellness resource
• Educate employees on body mechanics, movement, ergonomics, and injury-prevention strategies
• Provide early intervention and individualized care for musculoskeletal concerns
• Help employees remain healthy, active, and productive at work
• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and proactive wellness
• Manage daily responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Partner with team members and client leaders to identify and address workplace health trends
• Document services and follow established clinical protocols
