About The Position

The Industrial Hygienist is responsible for the anticipation, recognition, evaluation, and control of occupational health hazards associated with Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing operations. This role serves as the site subject matter expert for industrial hygiene programs and provides technical leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate employee exposures to chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic hazards. The Industrial Hygienist will support a high-hazard manufacturing environment involving battery cell handling, module and pack assembly, electrolyte-containing systems, energy storage equipment, electrical testing, thermal processes, material handling, and maintenance operations. The position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Occupational Health, and EHS teams to ensure regulatory compliance, implementation of best practices, and protection of employee health.

Requirements
