About The Position

This role involves the inspection, maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and calibration of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, Chiller Systems, NH3 Refrigeration Systems, and Refrigeration Appliances. The technician will be responsible for ensuring these systems, including associated controls, operate efficiently and safely. This requires a strong understanding of refrigeration, instrumentation, and electrical theory, as well as the ability to use diagnostic and repair equipment. Proficiency with laptop computers and PLC software for troubleshooting electronic and instrumentation issues is essential, along with general desktop computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Requirements

Previous experience as a refrigeration technician/mechanic, or in other related fields (commercial/industrial).
Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment.
Ability to use laptop computers and associated PLC software to troubleshoot electronic and instrumentation problems.
Desktop computer skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
High School diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities
