About The Position

This is a 2-year apprenticeship program designed for experienced mechanics and electricians who want to transition into the critical power trade. Apprentices will train alongside journeymen technicians working on industrial generators, transfer switches, and mission-critical power systems. The program offers real-world field training for individuals who perform well under pressure and aspire to become expert technicians in power restoration. Top candidates are typically high-performing mechanics seeking greater challenges.

Requirements

5+ years of mechanical or electrical trade experience
Strong understanding of engines, motors, and electrical systems
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to handle physically demanding work and long hours when needed
