About The Position

JLL is seeking an Industrial General Manager to join their growing Industrial Property Management team in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas market. The General Manager (GM) will provide leadership to their team and outstanding customer service to clients while managing an industrial portfolio. Responsibilities include client and tenant satisfaction, preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and staff development. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective relationships with building owners and tenants. The GM will contribute to establishing and refining work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive team results, as well as developing successful, diverse teams through inclusive communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial property management experience.
  • Recent experience managing office, retail, or industrial properties.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other related financial reports.
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration.
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Texas Real Estate License is preferred.
