About The Position

The Industrial Field Solutions Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales revenue by engaging with potential and existing customers remotely, typically through phone, email, and online channels. This role is the frontline of Reworld’s sales efforts, focusing on lead generation, and relationship building. Primary work includes researching leads, conducting sales calls, presenting capabilities and service offering information, and managing customer interactions through various stages of the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 1 year of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or a minimum of 5 years work experience in lieu of education.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and presenting information.
  • Sales Skills - Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, build rapport, and close sales, with sales experience in the Industrial Field Services and Lab Pack industries preferred.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation - Ability to persuade customers and negotiate terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Technical Proficiency - Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales technologies.
  • Self-Motivation and Organization - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Resilience and Adaptability - Ability to handle rejection and adapt to changing sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Qualification - Identify and qualify potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and utilizing online resources and business directories.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations - Present products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and how they can address specific customer needs. Create and provide quotes as needed.
  • Relationship Building - Develop and nurture relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • CRM Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, Field Services and Lab Pack Project Managers, and other departments to align sales strategies and achieve overall company goals.
  • Service and Product Knowledge - Stay informed about the company's Field Services and Lab Pack offerings and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate value to customers.
