INDUSTRIAL INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discounts Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Tuition assistance Vision insurance LOCATION: Blountville, TN/Knoxville, TN/Easley, SC QUALIFICATIONS: · Three to five years of experience in inside sales, business development, marketing, or sales support; equivalent combination of education and experience considered. · Strong telephone skills with confidence conducting daily outbound calls and email outreach. · Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills. · Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and management. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Windows-based programs required. · Experience with CRM or contact management systems is preferred. · Ability to learn technical equipment applications and industrial terminology. · Basic math and typing skills required. · Knowledge of water treatment or industrial industry is helpful but not required. · High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrates sound judgment and appropriate decision-making skills. 7. Maintains accurate records and organized documentation. 8. Demonstrates consistent follow-through and accountability. Marketing and Sales Coordination 1. Conducts daily outbound calling and email outreach to industrial and commercial prospects to support business growth. 2. Researches and identifies potential customers within assigned territories. 3. Qualifies leads and schedules appointments for sales representatives. 4. Prepares routine and standardized quotes using approved pricing structures. 5. Manages and tracks Industrial contract renewals and blanket purchase orders. 6. Tracks open opportunities and follows up on pending quotes. 7. Maintains prospect lists and updates customer and opportunity information in contact management systems. 8. Assists with writing and assembling proposals using approved templates and content. 9. Supports territory planning, networking calendars, and trade show coordination. 10. Prepares reports and activity summaries as requested. 11. Provides administrative and operational support to the Industrial sales/engineering team. 12. Assists with inbound sales inquiries and routes complex matters appropriately. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit for 4-6 hours. Ability to read, speak, hear and write the English language.
