About The Position

Step into a day as our Industrial Facilities Reliability Mechanic You start at 7:00am on the Alsip, IL campus, walking the floor to make sure the building systems are ready for production. A light flickers over a line — you replace it and log the task in the CMMS. A supervisor flags a small plumbing concern — you repair it before it becomes a disruption. By mid-morning, you’re bending rigid conduit to support a new piece of equipment, pulling and terminating instrumentation cable, and confirming readings with an electrical meter. After lunch, you run the floor scrubber to keep aisles clear, recycle cardboard, and help another tech with a quick weld on a guard. Before you wrap at 4:00pm, you complete a facility inspection, note preventive maintenance items, and participate in a quick 5 Whys exercise to get to the root of a recurring issue. Location On-site in Alsip, IL Schedule & Pay Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm (weekends as needed). Starting pay will be $25.01 per hour. This is a full-time hourly position.
