We are seeking an Industrial Facilities Mechanic to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Training or hands-on experience in welding and fabrication.
Background in routine building repair and maintenance.
Experience collaborating within a maintenance team.
Mechanical repair capability with basic electrical knowledge.
Strong mechanical skill set.
Proven welding/fabrication proficiency.
Commitment to safe, tidy, and team-focused work practices.
Ability to work with or without direct supervision.
Ability to climb and perform work at heights.
Comfort using a computer for email, ordering parts, and basic Word/Excel tasks.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Cover assigned shifts to support equipment operation, perform troubleshooting, and execute repairs.
Handle fabrication, assembly, and welding work to create or restore parts and fixtures.
Diagnose mechanical problems across facility machinery and systems.
Calibrate scanners and cameras; interface with PLCs; support all aspects of Intelligrated and Beumer sortation systems.
Assist with set up and tear down for meetings and company events.
Contribute to building upkeep: painting, cleaning, basic construction, plumbing, and lighting fixes.
Conduct and document fire system operations and periodic testing.
