About The Position

You will gain real-world experience in industrialized construction and manufacturing operations. Work alongside experienced engineers and operations professionals on meaningful projects. Learn how engineering principles are applied to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. Develop problem-solving and analytical skills through hands-on project experience. Gain exposure to process improvement, data analysis, and operational excellence initiatives. Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, construction operations, supply chain, and project management. Learn site-specific safety policies and procedures. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Interested in pursuing a career in Industrial engineering within the construction or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
