As an Industrial Engineering Intern at Bell, you can expect to: work with engineering & manufacturing teams on a variety of projects and assignments to support build team personnel with information necessary to achieve business objectives. Use and develop analytic tools to support improvements.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
  • Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1– August 7, 2026
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship experience in an engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams, which creates an atmosphere for high levels critical thinking.
  • Familiarity and interest with manufacturing processes, data analysis and process improvements.
  • A strong work ethic and drive to be successful in a busy work environment.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with: Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Power BI. Lean Processes
  • Candidates that are rising junior classification during the 2026 internship.
