Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience with strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation responsibilities, or a Master’s degree and a minimum of zero (0) years of professional experience required.
• Experienced with IT-systems in the area of production-control: Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI preferred - (Excel, SAP, SAP ME/ BO, SAP HANA).
• Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work.
• Can learn and apply new information or skills.
• Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Current or previous experience in a manufacturing, production or semi-conductor industry is a plus.
• Project management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand of the director to help unlock critical data and information, drive analyses and insights, set up reporting and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build models and analyze scenarios to determine resource bottlenecks in the factory (people, tooling, floorspace, supply).
• Drive continuous improvement efforts that enable management to secure targets related to yield, cycle time, and labor hours while influencing behaviors/decisions at several levels of the organization.
• Build reports & data visualizations to make the performance of factory processes transparent, translating data into information.
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced team members.
