About The Position

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for defining work elements, conducting floor observations, analyzing data, and implementing engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across the United States. This role involves trend analysis of DC performance, efficiency, and capacity, as well as reviewing, refining, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The engineer will also lead training for warehouse staff on engineered labor standards (ELS) and manage strategic projects such as layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, and racking configurations. Additionally, the position requires supporting and coordinating warehouse management system (WMS) configuration, translating operational requirements into WMS configurations and solutions. This role requires up to 90% travel and may involve other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
