About The Position

As the Industrial Engineer Sr, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical skills and Industrial Engineering concepts to support Production Operations Management within the MFC Enterprise Industrial Engineering team. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining simulation and analytical models for production operations, analyzing performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, supporting capacity planning and forecasting for S&GS production lines, collaborating with engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate model insights, and preparing technical reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management
• Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Experience working with Simio Simulation Modeling
• Experience in performing foundational Industrial Engineering analysis at varying levels (Span Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Cost Evaluations, etc.)
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
