The Industrial Engineer II plays a key role in driving operational performance across the organization. This position partners closely with senior leadership, program management, technical experts, and functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance cost, schedule, and efficiency. The Industrial Engineer II will contribute to studies focused on cost control, cost reduction, lead-time reduction, and production system enhancements. This role also provides direct support on the shop floor, including capacity planning, variation analysis, productivity improvement, and manufacturing cell design. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of operations experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with MS Excel tool.

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial Engineering experience
  • Experience using continuous improvement tools such as Lean, CORE, Six Sigma
  • Object‑oriented programming experience (e.g., Visual Studio, Visual Basic, Python, R)
  • SAP experience
  • Strong influencing, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Apply lean tools and methodologies to identify waste, improve throughput, and enhance overall manufacturing performance.
  • Work cross‑functionally to support site‑level improvement targets and achieve macro plan milestones.
  • Collaborate across all levels of the business to reduce days-to-manufacture, increase efficiency, and improve flow.
  • Develop and optimize methods for effective utilization of production facilities, equipment, and personnel.
  • Support data‑driven decision-making through analysis of processes, capacity, variation, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen manufacturing systems and standard work.
