Requirements

  • Strong background in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with time studies, labor standards, and production analysis
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience with SAP PP, Variant Configuration, or ERP systems preferred
  • Industrial Engineer II: 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required. 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.
  • Industrial Engineer II: 3 - 5 years of related experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or process improvement
  • Industrial Engineer Sr.: 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required. 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.
  • Industrial Engineer Sr.: 6 - 9 years of related experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and material flow across production operations
  • Manage and maintain SAP Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) data including routings, material masters, and work centers
  • Conduct time studies and labor analysis to establish accurate labor standards and support production costing
  • Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to support automation and system integration
  • Develop standard work, process documentation, and training to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Support capacity planning, cost estimation, and performance tracking for equipment and operations
