About The Position
This is a co-op position for Summer/Fall 2027, focused on industrial engineering within the aerospace and defense industry. The role involves supporting Receiving Inspection, Inventory, and Logistics teams to ensure equipment operates as needed and to improve process efficiency. Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
- Must be actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience delivering presentations using data visualization tools to communicate production metrics or project updates to cross-functional teams or leadership.
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Work with Industrial Engineers to support the Receiving Inspection and Inventory teams to ensure equipment continues to operate as needed.
- Assist in improving the efficiency processes of the Logistics team.
- Learn the importance of CORE to the processes.
