Industrial Electrician - $5,000 sign on Bonus! At Charter Casting, our maintenance team is the backbone of our operation, keeping everything running smoothly. They tackle a variety of challenges, from installing and maintaining equipment to troubleshooting complex problems and executing preventive maintenance plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred completion of apprenticeship, journeyman, master electrician
- PLC troubleshooting or programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems knowledge
- Forklift, crane, or industrial manufacturing experience
Nice To Haves
- Foundry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & repair plant electrical systems
- Assist with installation & maintenance of motors, control panels, power distribution systems, and production machinery
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Use testing equipment and meters to diagnose electrical issues
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures
