About The Position
Jennmar Services is now hiring Experienced Traveling Industrial Electricians based in Winchester, KY! This role requires a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to job sites within and outside of the local area, potentially for extended periods. The position involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, performing diagnostics and repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
- Live within driving distance of our Winchester Kentucky.
- Willingness to travel (possibly extended periods) to job sites within and outside of our local area 75% of the time.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician experience (license preferred where applicable)
- 3+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Hands-on PLC programming or troubleshooting experience
- Strong understanding of industrial controls and automation systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and control schematics
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems (480V, 240V, 120V)
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on motors, VFDs, MCCs, panels, sensors, and instrumentation
- Ensure compliance with NEC, MSHA/OSHA, and site-specific safety standards
- Support new equipment installs, system upgrades, and commissioning
