Industrial Electrician – $80K–$90K + OT | Immediate Hire | York, PA

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, military technical training, or equivalent industrial experience
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and automated systems
• Comfort reading schematics and technical documentation
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a steady work ethic
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and digital control systems
• Maintain and diagnose AC/DC motors, drives, PLC‑based equipment, and instrumentation
• Use meters, scopes, and diagnostic tools to identify faults
• Read and interpret schematics, loop sheets, and technical documentation
• Support 24/7 operations with rotating shifts and overtime
• Follow all NFPA‑70E electrical safety and plant safety procedures
