Requirements
- Experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment (sawmill experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Ability to work long shifts in a physically demanding environment
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and machinery
- Diagnose and resolve electrical failures to minimize downtime
- Work with motors, drives, control panels, PLCs, and automation systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Follow all safety standards in a high-powered industrial setting
