About The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Electrician to join our team in Pearland, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with a​​ solid understanding of blueprint and specification interpretation. This role requires hands-on expertise in wiring systems, switchgear, and industrial electrical components, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Industrial or Commercial Electrician.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with switchgear, wiring systems, and electrical installations.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical systems.
• Ability to use electrical testing equipment and tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in industrial environments, including exposure to noise, heights, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in Pearland, TX.

Nice To Haves

• Electrical certification or license (Journeyman or equivalent preferred).
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and execute electrical work based on blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in industrial environments.
• Work with and troubleshoot switchgear, control panels, transformers, and distribution systems.
• Perform conduit bending, cable pulling, and termination of wiring systems.
• Ensure all installations comply with NEC (National Electrical Code) and company safety standards.
• Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions on time.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment at all times.
