About The Position

Rinvio is hiring an Industrial Electrician for industrial maintenance and plant electrical work in the Cape Girardeau, MO area. This is a full-time contract position with a pay range of $35-$50/hour, based on experience. The schedule and overtime may vary by site needs.

Requirements

• Industrial electrical maintenance or plant electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability with motors, controls, panels, MCCs, VFDs, and production equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Comfort working in manufacturing, industrial, plant, or mill environments
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete any site onboarding requirements
• Reliable transportation to the Cape Girardeau, MO area
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, starters, drives, panels, and production equipment
• Support preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, shutdowns, and plant electrical work
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, prints, and technical documentation
• Diagnose electrical issues in manufacturing or industrial environments and complete safe repairs
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and site leadership to keep equipment running safely
