The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various industrial systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electrical control systems. This role requires troubleshooting skills for specific control platforms, configuring inverters, VFDs, servos, encoders, and motors, and using various electrical testing equipment. The position also involves understanding safety regulations like OSHA, LOTO, Arc Flash, and PPE. The electrician will work on mechanical systems, operate aerial lifts and forklifts, and must be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make critical decisions to minimize downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Reading European electrical schematics and ordering components are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to see colors and a willingness to learn new equipment. Experience with Flexographic Printing Presses and High-Speed Packaging Lines is a plus.
