About The Position
We are hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician to support critical plant operations during nights and weekends. This role offers independence, complex troubleshooting, and the opportunity to work with advanced industrial systems in a stable, long-term role within an aerospace industrial environment. The position involves hands-on work with PLCs, VFDs, and high-voltage systems, with initial paid training on 1st shift before transitioning to off-shift duties.
Requirements
- 4+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrician experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working independently on off-shift
- Experience with PLCs (Siemens a plus) and high-voltage equipment (up to 600V)
- High school diploma or GED

- Siemens PLC experience
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 240V & 460V three-phase electrical systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control issues on industrial machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC logic, and blueprints
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and analog signals
- Support emergency repairs and participate in an on-call rotation
- Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and EHS procedures
- Occasionally assist with minor mechanical repairs
