About The Position

We are looking for experienced Industrial Electricians to support a short-term plant project. The role focuses on electrical installation and connections in an active industrial environment while working alongside other trades. This is a 4-week temporary project with the potential for Contract-to-Hire based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

• Industrial electrical installation experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts
• Experience working with conduit, wiring, cable, junction boxes, disconnects, and electrical components
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to work safely in an active plant environment
• Ability to work effectively with pipefitters and other trades
• Dependable and able to meet project deadlines

Responsibilities

• Install, run, and terminate industrial electrical wiring and conduit
• Install electrical components and equipment throughout an operating plant
• Connect electrical systems while coordinating work around pipefitting crews and process piping installation
• Review electrical drawings, layouts, and work instructions to determine proper equipment placement and wiring routes
• Install conduit, supports, cable, junction boxes, disconnects, and other electrical components
• Use appropriate hand and power tools for electrical installation work
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and maintain project progress
• Follow established safety procedures when working around active plant operations
• Complete assigned electrical installation tasks according to project schedules
