About The Position

Hulcher Resources is seeking an experienced Licensed Electrician to support industrial facility operations, maintenance projects, and emergency response activities throughout New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and working on a variety of industrial projects rather than performing the same tasks every day. You will play a critical role in maintaining safe, reliable facilities while supporting electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure projects for our customers.

Requirements

  • Current New Mexico Electrical License Required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in industrial environments
  • Ability to use electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment and facilities.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and repair pumps, gauges, valves, controls, and related systems.
  • Support facility maintenance projects including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, and infrastructure repairs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns, emergency repairs, and time-sensitive service calls.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and small equipment safely.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Perform inspections, audits, and routine maintenance activities.
  • Assist with environmental response projects, hazardous material incidents, and confined space operations when needed.
  • Follow all OSHA, company safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate job status, findings, and recommendations to leadership.
