About The Position

Rinvio is hiring an Industrial Electrician for industrial maintenance and plant electrical work in the Evansville, IN area. This is a full-time contract position with a pay range of $35-$50/hour, based on experience. The schedule and overtime may vary by site needs. The role involves supporting preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, shutdowns, and plant electrical work. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, starters, drives, panels, and production equipment. The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, prints, and technical documentation is crucial. You will diagnose electrical issues in manufacturing or industrial environments and complete safe repairs, coordinating with maintenance, operations, and site leadership to keep equipment running safely.

Requirements

• Industrial electrical maintenance or plant electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability with motors, controls, panels, MCCs, VFDs, and production equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Comfort working in manufacturing, industrial, plant, or mill environments
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete any site onboarding requirements
• Reliable transportation to the Evansville, IN area
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements

Responsibilities
