About The Position

This role involves consistently practicing and enforcing a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and safety standards, with the ability to work effectively in challenging production environments.

Requirements

• Valid Master Electrician License
• Minimum 5–7 years of industrial electrical experience (food or poultry processing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution, motor controls, PLC interfaces, and VFDs
• Thorough understanding of NEC, OSHA, and industrial safety standards
• Ability to work in cold, wet, noisy, and fast-paced production environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience in poultry or food manufacturing facilities
• Familiarity with USDA-regulated environments
• Experience with automation and process control systems
• Supervisory or lead electrician experience
