Requirements
- Journeyman Electrician license, or the ability and commitment to obtain and maintain licensure
- MANDATORY 2+ years of troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, controls, and factory automation
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC and I/O systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-lines
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment
- Clear communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience in food manufacturing or other regulated production environments
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC platforms
- Experience with preventive or predictive electrical maintenance programs
- Arc-flash, LOTO, or other electrical safety training
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment
- Support safe, reliable operation of manufacturing lines through fast, effective electrical troubleshooting
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and automated systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-line drawings
- Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, pumps, controls, and automated equipment
- Work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motor controls, sensors, relays, contactors, and safety circuits
- Partner closely with production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and leadership to minimize downtime and improve performance
- Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and sanitation requirements
