About The Position

A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. is hiring an Industrial Electrician for the third shift. The role involves troubleshooting industrial machine tools and electrical systems in a factory and foundry environment, including PLCs, CNCs, AC/DC drives and motors, and other digital and analog devices. Wages start at $34.23 per hour, with a $1.00 shift premium, and the position offers a $2,000 retention bonus and an excellent benefits package. Requirements

• Experience with power distribution, including switchgear, substations, and other related high-voltage equipment.
• Ability to read and use schematics and blueprints.
• Comply with OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Three years of electrical experience in an industrial setting, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
