About The Position
As the Industrial Electrician Helper for Yancey Engineered Solutions, you will assist with electrical installs for industrial packaging on a daily basis. You will also perform all duties related to industrial packaging for backup power.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have 3-years minimum experience as a commercial industrial or residential electrical apprentice / journeyman.
- Working knowledge of basic electrical installation.
- Willingness to learn basic electrical tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certifications from a technical college preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic electrical tasks: bend conduit, run wire, wire breaker panels, etc.
- Must keep all materials, tools, and equipment in an orderly fashion, maintain a clean work area at all times, demonstrate safe work habits and exhibit proper care of all tools and equipment.
- Participate in required safety program and work in a safe manner.
- Additional duties as assigned by manager.
