Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Level III Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Camdenton, MO. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30-$32/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements

• Must have Journeyman-level Electrical Technician experience
• Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics independently
• Must have experience troubleshooting electrical systems and control panels
• Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must have good communication skills and be able to work in a team environment
• Must have basic hand tools
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work safely around live electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing of high-tech soldering and cleaning machines
• Assemble, wire, test, and validate electrical systems and equipment
• Build and troubleshoot complex electrical panels and wiring harnesses
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
• Perform advanced diagnostics and resolve wiring and system functionality issues
• Route and terminate wiring according to specifications
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and performance standards
• Support a safe and efficient manufacturing environment
